Surgical Instrument Rust & Stain Remover

This high-performance rust and stain remover is engineered for the rapid restoration of stainless steel surgical instruments and medical equipment. Its powerful, fast-acting formula dissolves rust, stains, spots, mineral deposits, and limescale within minutes, restoring instruments to a clean, polished, “like new” finish.

The biodegradable formulation includes an eco-friendly stainless steel passivator system that not only removes existing corrosion but also helps prevent future rust, pitting, and scale redeposition. Directions of Use

• Mix 500 ml of product with 5 litres of hot water (55–80°C).

• Rinse all items well with hot water.

• Do not use on chrome or silver-plated instruments.

• Do not mix with other disinfectants or detergents.

• Close container tightly after use.

• For soaking:

• Place solution in a stainless steel or Pyrex container

• Place cleaned instruments in a stainless steel wire-bottom tray

• Soak for 15–30 minutes

• For manual scrubbing:

• Wear gloves

• Apply solution to surfaces

• Scrub thoroughly with a hard bristle brush
