Orders
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, it is processed for fulfilment. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to confirm revised delivery timelines or offer a suitable alternative.
Microbies reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund where fulfilment is not possible.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders are processed, dispatched, or made available for collection only once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of checkout will apply to confirmed orders.
Delivery
We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on total order size and weight.
Estimated delivery time:
5–7 working days after payment has been received.
Orders with a total weight exceeding 40 kg require a courier quote. Shipping costs for bulk orders will be confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability, and courier performance.
Collection
Collection is available by prior arrangement only, once payment has been received.
Collection details and timing will be confirmed after checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Delivery & Returns Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless defective.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations.

Microbies’ liability shall not exceed the value of the product supplied.
