All orders are subject to product availability.

Once an order is placed, it will be reviewed and an official invoice will be issued.

The invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and confirms the details of the order.

Microbies reserves the right to cancel or amend an order prior to invoice issuance if stock is unavailable.

All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are processed, dispatched, or made available for collection only once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Failure to make payment within a reasonable time may result in order cancellation.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price reflected on the issued invoice is binding, provided payment is made as required.

Orders paid by Wednesday are scheduled for delivery on Thursday, subject to stock availability.

Free local delivery applies to orders over R700.

Orders under R700 incur a delivery fee.

Deliveries outside our local delivery area are quoted individually.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability or logistical factors.

Collection is available by arrangement only once payment has been received.

Microbies is based in the Sheffield Beach area.

Collection details will be shared when confirming your order.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Delivery & Returns Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition unless defective.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for following all usage instructions, dilution guidelines, and safety information provided with each product.

To the extent permitted by law, Microbies shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions.

Microbies’ liability shall not exceed the value of the product supplied.
