Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We operate on a local delivery-first model to keep costs low and service reliable.

Stock levels may vary. Orders are fulfilled from stock on hand or sourced from our local supplier. Delivery timelines will be confirmed once the order has been reviewed.

Free local delivery on orders over R700.
Local orders under R700 incur a R50 delivery fee.

Order & Delivery Process

1. Order Placed

Once your order is submitted through the website, it is received and reviewed for stock availability and delivery requirements.

2. Invoice Issued

After review, an official invoice will be issued and sent to you via email.
The invoice will include:

  • Products ordered
  • Delivery charges (if applicable)
  • Total amount due
Orders are only processed once the invoice has been paid in full.
3. Payment
Payment must be made according to the invoice using the payment methods provided.
Orders will not be processed, dispatched, or delivered until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment is received, your order is confirmed.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to confirm revised delivery timelines or offer a suitable alternative.
5. Delivery Day
Deliveries take place on Thursdays.
Orders that are paid by Wednesday are scheduled for delivery on the following Thursday, subject to stock availability.
6. Collection
Free collection is available by arrangement once payment has been received.
Collection point: Sheffield Beach.
Delivery Fees
  • Free local delivery on orders over R700

  • Local delivery (orders under R700): R50 per delivery

  • Outside our local area: Delivery is quoted individually

  • Free collection: Available by arrangement in Sheffield Beach

Delivery areas and timing may vary depending on order volume and location.

Returns & Refunds

We take care to ensure our products leave us in good condition. If there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis once the item has been assessed. 

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after assessment.
