Delivery Information

We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa, as well as collection by arrangement.

Orders are fulfilled either from stock on hand or sourced from our trusted local suppliers. This allows us to keep pricing competitive while ensuring reliable delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

Order & Delivery Process

1. Order Placed

Once your order is placed on our website, it is received for processing.

2. Payment
Orders are processed only once payment has been successfully received.
For EFT payments, processing begins once funds reflect in our account.

3. Order Processing & Sourcing
Your order is prepared from available stock or sourced from our supplier where required.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to confirm revised timelines or offer an alternative.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Once dispatched, your order is handed over to a courier for delivery.

Estimated delivery time:

5–7 working days after payment is received

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier performance.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on total order weight

  • Orders over 40 kg require a courier quote

  • For bulk orders, shipping will be confirmed before dispatch

Collection
Collection is available by arrangement once payment has been received.
You can collect your order at one of the following markets:
• Umhlanga Market
    Wednesdays, 8:00 - 12:00
• Salt Rock Farmers Market
    Thursdays, 7:00 - 12:00
Collection point outside of market times: Sheffield Beach (by arrangement).
Returns & Refunds

We take care to ensure our products leave us in good condition. If there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis once the item has been assessed. 

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after assessment.
