Refund & Returns Policy
We take care to ensure our products are supplied in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory considerations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Where the issue is confirmed:
A replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
Microbies will cover reasonable return or replacement costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed via EFT to the bank account from which payment was made.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
Products that have been incorrectly stored or handled after delivery
Products returned outside the permitted return timeframe
Products excluded due to hygiene or safety reasons
Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or supplied incorrectly.
