Refund & Returns Policy
We take care to ensure our products are supplied in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory considerations, certain products may not be eligible for return.
Bulk liquid products (including 5L and 25L containers) are not eligible for return once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where applicable.
Once the issue has been confirmed:
A replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
Microbies will cover reasonable return or replacement costs for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed via EFT to the original payment method, where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
Bulk liquid products once opened.
Products that have been incorrectly stored or handled after delivery.
Products returned outside the permitted return timeframe.
Products excluded due to hygiene or safety considerations.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or supplied incorrectly.
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act and does not limit your statutory rights.
