Oil Gobbler™ Absorbent

Oil Gobbler™ Absorbent is a completely natural, eco-friendly, bio-enzyme absorbent powder engineered for rapid and total cleanup of hydrocarbon spills. Its high-porosity crystalline structure acts like a super-absorbent sponge, quickly soaking up oils, diesel, petrol, paraffin, and other nuisance liquids from both land and water.

Unlike ordinary absorbents or air fresheners that only mask odours, this formulation uses desiccating and cationic properties to eliminate odours permanently. The powder simultaneously absorbs and remediates spills through a potent blend of enzyme-producing bacteria that degrade hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water. These microbes are cultivated from South African soils, giving them strong resilience, faster metabolism, and superior breakdown performance.

Directions of Use

• For water spills

• Scatter a moderate amount of Oil Gobbler™ Absorbent onto the floating oil.

• Allow it to coagulate into a contained oil–powder mass.

• The coagulated mass may sink; retrieve and collect for disposal/remediation.

• Alternatively, apply to sections of the spill and contain before sinking.

• For spills on solid surfaces

• Scatter a generous layer directly onto the spill.

• Allow the powder to begin absorbing the liquid.

• Sweep back and forth to increase surface contact.

• If absorption slows, apply a second layer.

• Continue until fully absorbed and contained.

• Sweep or vacuum up the material for collection.

• Remediating collected powder

• After collection, remediate using Oil Spill Gobbler™ Powder to fully biodegrade hydrocarbons.

• Material can be remediated onsite, reducing transport costs and environmental footprint.
