L-Cide® Dishwashing Liquid

L-Cide® Dishwashing Liquid is a powerful, eco-friendly dishwashing formulation that combines high-performance cleaning, strong foaming action, and certified disinfecting capability. Formulated with a proprietary bio-based lactic acid surfactant system, it provides exceptional degreasing while delivering a 99.999% bactericidal kill rate according to SANAS SANS 51276 testing.

Unlike harsh synthetic disinfectants, L-Cide® relies on plant-derived and biodegradable components that are safe for users, equipment, and the environment. The lactic acid used is of natural origin and ECOCERT-approved, making it ideal for food-related applications. Its high-performance action ensures clean, sanitised, and sparkling dishes while protecting skin with natural moisturising properties.

L-Cide® Dishwashing Liquid is suitable for industrial, commercial, and domestic kitchens where both hygiene and safety are critical.

Suitable for washing cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, food containers, serving items, and stainless steel.

Directions of Use

• For general disinfecting & cleaning:

• For 99.9% (log 3) reduction:
  Mix 1 part concentrate with up to 1000 parts water.
  Minimum 5-minute contact time.

• For full SANS 51276 (log 5, 99.999% reduction):
  Mix 1 part concentrate with up to 15 parts water.
  Minimum 5-minute contact time.

• Manual dishwashing process:

• Run hot water and add L-Cide® Dishwashing Liquid while water is running.

• Mix to create a rich foam.

• Wash items using a clean cloth or sponge.

• For heavy soiling, soak for 5 minutes.

• For baked-on grime or pots and pans, soak for 15–30 minutes.

• Rinse thoroughly with hot, clean water.

• Air-dry or wipe with a clean towel.

• Recommended washing order:
  Glasses → Cutlery → Plates → Bowls → Pots & Pans
