L-Cide® Multipurpose Cleaner

L-Cide® Multipurpose Cleaner is a next-generation green biocide formulated with a proprietary surfactant-optimised, bio-based lactic acid system. It delivers exceptional disinfecting, cleaning, foaming, and deodorising performance while remaining safe for users and the environment.

This advanced formulation is approved for Food, Industrial, Domestic, and Institutional use and demonstrates powerful bactericidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, and sporicidal action. Laboratory-certified to strict SANS standards (51276, 51650, 53704), it provides a 99.999% kill rate in 60 seconds, making it ideal for hygiene-critical environments.

Unlike synthetic biocides that pose risks to people, equipment, and wastewater systems, L-Cide® is biodegradable, plant-derived, and environmentally responsible. The lactic acid component is ECOCERT-approved and linked to beneficial skin effects, including moisturising and supporting collagen production.

Directions of Use

• Apply directly to the surface and scrub clean.
  Follow specific contact times for desired disinfection level:

• Bactericidal (SANS 51276):
  Undiluted to 1:15 with water — 5 minutes contact time

• Fungicidal (SANS 51650):
  Undiluted — 15 minutes contact time

• Sporicidal (SANS 53704):
  Undiluted — 60 minutes contact time

• Rinse surfaces with clean water after application.
