Fat Trap Gobbler™ is a high-performance bio-enzymatic fat trap and drain-line treatment designed to rapidly digest fats, oils, greases (F.O.G.), proteins, and starches inside grease traps. It uses a specialised consortium of highly intelligent, enzyme-producing bacteria that break down waste at its source, permanently converting grease into carbon dioxide and water.

Traditional chemical treatments only change the physical state of grease, causing it to re-solidify downstream and create expensive blockages, odours, sewer failures, and environmental strain. Fat Trap Gobbler™ solves this by using true biological degradation, ensuring that waste is permanently digested and no longer poses a threat to plumbing, municipal lines, pump stations, or wastewater plants.

In addition to eliminating grease buildup, Fat Trap Gobbler™ dramatically improves odour control—especially in warm conditions—reducing complaints and improving hygiene in kitchens, canteens, and food-preparation areas. It supports compliance with wastewater bylaws by helping reduce C.O.D. and improving effluent quality before discharge.

Directions of Use

  • When to Dose:
    Dose after hours or once the kitchen has closed.
    Hot water and hot oil reduce bacterial effectiveness, so dosing at night ensures optimum microbial activity.

  • Dosage Rates:

    • Trap size up to 50 L:
      Dose 833 ml per day (≈25 L/month) of Fat Trap Gobbler™ RTU

    • Trap size up to 2000 L:
      Dose 833 ml per day of Fat Trap Gobbler™ 5X concentrate

    • Trap size above 2000 L:
      Dose 833 ml per day of Fat Trap Gobbler™ 10X concentrate

  • Application Tips:

    • Use with an automated dosing system for consistent after-hours delivery

    • Keep strainers in sinks and remove solid food waste daily

    • Wipe plates, pans, and utensils before washing for best performance

  • Maintenance:

    • Regularly remove food solids from grease trap separators

    • Ensure correct disposal procedures as per local wastewater regulations
