Dust Gobbler™ is a premium, eco-friendly, high-performance dust suppressant designed for mines, farms, construction sites, unpaved roads, rural communities, and heavy-traffic work areas. It delivers powerful dust control, soil stabilisation, and long-lasting binding strength using an advanced organic polymer system.

Its unique 5-mode action integrates phase-step wetting technology, organic structural polymers, plasticisers, charge-shifting binders, and specialised soil-penetrating agents. Together, these components rapidly wet fine particles, bind soil aggregates, enhance compaction, and dramatically reduce airborne dust. The product improves visibility, safety, tyre lifespan, fuel efficiency, and operating hours while significantly lowering water usage and road-maintenance costs.

Dust Gobbler™ is non-toxic, biodegradable, and manufactured from renewable natural materials. It is suitable for new road building, road rehabilitation, haul-road maintenance, and general dust suppression across industrial, agricultural, and municipal environments.

Directions of Use

Spray-On Application (Surface Treatment)

• Pre-wet road surface to improve penetration.

• Apply in multiple light applications to prevent run-off.

• For general dust suppression, typical guideline quantities:

• Apply as part of normal watering cycles until dust reduction is achieved.

• Less permeable soils may require stronger dilution and repeated passes.

• Ideal where road-building equipment is unavailable or a short-term solution is required.

Mix-In Application (For Long-Term Stabilisation)

• Rip road surface to 100–200 mm depending on soil strength.

• Break clods, add required water volume for optimum compaction.

• Mix Dust Gobbler™ thoroughly into the moist soil.

• Shape crown for drainage.

• Compact using pneumatic-tyre or vibrating rollers.

• Finish with a light surface spray while road is still damp.

• Provides more permanent, long-lasting stabilisation.

Maintenance

• For spot repairs: replace damaged sections, spray Dust Gobbler™, and compact.

• If grader maintenance is required, wet road first, blade, and reapply a light spray.
