It offers fast, reliable bactericidal and fungicidal action, controlling fermentation, rot, and pathogens commonly found in fresh-produce handling and processing.
DryTec is widely used in packhouses for washing fruits and vegetables, ensuring clean, safe, sanitised wash water. It is highly effective against Listeria monocytogenes and delivers strong microbial kill rates due to its active hypochlorous acid formation under controlled pH conditions.
Available in granules and chips for easy dosing, DryTec is certified for water treatment and registered for disinfectant use in the food and beverage industry. The solid formulation preserves active ingredients for extended shelf life and reduces the release of irritating chlorine gas.

Directions of Use
Add DryTec directly to water (never add water to the product).
Follow required dosage rates based on volume of water being treated.
Always confirm chlorine levels using a reputable test method before applying water to fruit or vegetables.
Use gloves when handling. Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes, skin, or mucous membranes.
Do not mix with other chemicals.
Keep packaging sealed, dry, and stored in a cool, ventilated area away from food and chemical products.
